There are steps, which one could follow to achieve the purpose of the therapy.

The first thing one should do is choosing the best oil for that purpose. Most people prefer water based oil which is easy to wash once get into contact with an individuals skin. Any oil that one chooses to use is warmed by placing in a jug of warm water then after you rub it on your palms because direct spillage to ones skin may cause shock. It is always advisable to inquire from the patient of any allergies associated to any of the ingredients.

Burning of good smelling perfumes creates a good and refreshing environment thus helping an individual to relax free of ones trouble during the time spent in the room. The smell rejuvenates the mind helping the individual get accustomed to the environment and relax without thinking of the troubles one might have at home or work place.
